Each piece contains 50mg of caffeine—about as much as half a cup of coffee.

How many pieces can I chew?

Chew one piece when you need a lift and at least five minutes per piece. Do not combine with other caffeine sources or exceed four pieces per day. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.
